• Winter parking: From November through March, the City of Oswego may occasionally institute an overnight on-street parking ban due to winter weather. If this occurs, we will notify you in advance. When parking is permitted, street parking is free. During an overnight winter parking ban, guests may park one block away at Wrights Landing Marina. We have 1 off-street parking spot right at the house available year round, so this will only impact those with more than 1 car with them. • House rules: No parties, smoking, or illegal drugs. This is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with homes close together, and we ask guests to be respectful so as not to disrupt our neighbors. • Pets: At this time, the home is pet-free. Please inquire in advance if you wish to bring a dog. Absolutely no cats or other animals are permitted due to severe allergies.
